I purchased tickets for Epcot for 10/11 - and subsequently made a reservation to the park. I received the confirmation for my tickets, but not a confirmation for the park reservation. How do I know our reservation is confirmed to be able to get into the

    Hello, Cindy! Welcome to planDisney!

Just a few more days until your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins! I'm sure you're excited to travel the world at EPCOT. It's my favorite theme park, especially at this time of year. Let's make sure you're ready for your amazing adventure!

Cindy, it sounds like your planning is going just right. All we need to do is double check the details. When you bought your tickets, you probably linked them to your My Disney Experience account so you could make your theme park reservations. You won't receive a separate confirmation for those reservations, so we'll just need to hop into your account to make sure they're safe and sound.

First, go to the Walt Disney World home page and click the "Sign In or Create Account" link just above the menu bar. Next, find the small "My Disney Experience" logo to the right of that menu bar, and click there. The next page should say "Cindy's Plans and Tickets" at the top. Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and you should see a listing for Monday, October 11 with any reservations you've made for that day, including your Disney Park Pass for EPCOT.

If you don't see your reservation there, try going back to the Disney Park Pass page and making your reservation again. Then, check back on your My Plans page to make sure it went through. If you're having trouble making a reservation, you'll want to give Guest Relations a call at the number listed under "My Disney Experience and MagicBands," and a Cast Member will help you figure out what might be going wrong.

Cindy, I hope you're planning to taste your way around the world at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! My all-time favorite Festival food is the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. Even when it's 90 degrees here in Florida, I've just gotta have the cheesy goodness!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, Cindy. Have a magical trip, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
