You can check have a Cast Member verify your tickets at any ticket window at the theme parks or water parks, any concierge desk at any Disney Resort hotel or by visiting Guest Relations at Disney Springs. You can also verify by sending in an email to Guest Relations at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and you should receive a response within 14 business days.
