Greetings Stacey and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you so much for bringing your question to us today, we’re happy to help. Oh no! I’m sad to hear that you are moving before you can visit the
Disneyland Resort. As a military spouse myself, I understand that moving can be stressful, let’s see what we can do to help you out.
Unfortunately,
all tickets are nonrefundable. You are, however, able to hold on to your tickets until you can visit. The good news is, wholly unused and expired Theme Park tickets retain their paid price. Even after your tickets expire, you will be able to use their purchased price towards a new ticket with an equal or higher price. So please do not worry at all, Stacey. Just keep those tickets tucked in a safe place during your move.
If you do have time to squeeze in a quick trip before you move, don’t forget to schedule your
Theme Park reservations. (Tip: You can always check for
Theme Park reservation availability at any time).
Well, Stacey, I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any other questions, or have any more questions specific to your existing tickets, go ahead and give the
Ticket Service line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help answer any other questions you may have. Of course,
we are always here to help as well, so don’t hesitate reaching out again.
See ya real soon!
