I just purchased 4 tickets for Dland on June 16th. I understand that I am supposed to make a reservation, but it says "reached its theme park reservations limit." But when I check the reservation calendar, it shows the park does have space. Help!

Hi there, Paul! Welcome to planDisney!

What a magical time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth! With the return of both Character Greetings and Nighttime Spectaculars, your fairytale vacation awaits! You can skip around the parks all day on your exciting adventure, riding your favorite rides and grabbing autographs from the most beloved characters. Finish out your day with dazzling lights as you find a cozy viewing spot for the evening show of your choice. Now that is what I call Disney magic!

Paul, you're flying high on this magic carpet ride, as you already have completed most of the necessary steps to enter the parks on the day of your visit. When you receive the error message that says your ticket has reached its theme park reservation limit, that simply means that particular ticket is maxed out for reservations. If you have a one-day ticket, that would mean your ticket is currently housing the maximum of one park reservation.

The most likely reason you're seeing this message is a fairly easy one. You already have park reservations! If you purchased your tickets via the Disneyland Resort Website, you are required to choose a specific date and starting park before completing the checkout process. Once your purchase is complete, the date you choose also serves as your park reservation.

To confirm that this is the case, hop over to the Disneyland Resort Website and log in to your My Disneyland account. On the home page, hover over the "My Disneyland" icon and select "Tickets and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. Here, you'll find all active tickets and park reservations associated with your account, including dates and starting parks.

If for some reason you do not see your reservation listed here and believe you should have one for the specific date of June 16, it may be time to chat with a Cast Member to see if they can solve this mystery! You can reach a Cast Member directly by calling the Ticket Services Line.

I hope this helps answer your question today, Paul!

    Have a magical day,

    Ashley
