Welcome to planDisney, Elizabeth! I'm so glad to answer a question for a fellow Texan today. With your trip to Walt Disney World Resort coming up at the end of the week, I'm happy to chat with you about how to use your
admission and what you need to bring with you when you head to the Theme Parks!
Elizabeth, you do not need to print your tickets out in order to use them. Once they've been purchased, they are linked to your
My Disney Experience account and ready to use! You will have been prompted to assign your tickets to individual guests when you bought them, but you can still reassign them to your mother if you haven't already. In the "Tickets and Passes" section of the
My Disney Experience app, you should see the option "Reassign Ticket" under the admission that you recently purchased. Make sure she has a My Disney Experience account that is linked to yours, as she'll need one to enter the Theme Parks. Once the ticket has been assigned to her, she can use her
MagicBand to enter, or she can pick up a ticket card at
Guest Relations or a will call ticket booth and use that to enter. If you would feel more comfortable giving her something physical to hold onto, you can print out the receipt from your tickets and give it to her or you can forward her the email that you received after your purchase. If you need some extra help or you're having any issues reassigning your tickets, you are welcome to
call the hotline for existing tickets and a Cast Member can help you make the switch!
Have a magical day, Elizabeth!
