I have purchased tickets to disneyworld and made a reservation for the park but I do not have anything showing the reservation. Is it linked to my ticket or is it a separate paper that I will need?

Hello Mary Ann, thank you for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question.

I see that you're almost on your merry way to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth! How exciting that must be. I'm so glad to hear that you have already purchased your tickets and made Disney Park Pass reservations.

I can definitely guide you to finding your reservation. One way to do that is via My Disney Experience app. Once you log in on the main page of the app, you'll see an icon with three horizontal lines in the lower right hand corner. Click on it and it will lead you to a page that says "Welcome (your name)". You'll see a square that says "My Plans". When you click on it, you should be able to see the Disney Park Pass reservations you have made for your trip listed by dates. If you book a Walt Disney Resort hotel stay or dining reservation, they will appear here as well. I love the convenience of My Disney Experience app. Not only is it handy for making Disney Park Pass reservations, you can even use it to view your vacation photos linked to your Disney PhotoPass or place Mobile Food Order Orders when your group gets hungry!

Another way to locate your Disney Park Pass Reservation is on the Walt Disney World website. Near the top on the far right, you'll see a tab that says My Disney Experience. When you hover your cursor over it, you should see "My Plans" listed. (Or you can simply click on My Disney Experience and it will bring you to a new page to locate "My Plans") There, you will find all the Disney Park Pass reservations you have made.

On our upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort, after I reserved my Disney Park Pass reservations, I was able to view mine immediately on My Disney Experience. However, my daughter's Disney Park Pass reservations had a slight lag but eventually hers did show up. If you continue to have issues locating your Disney Park Pass reservations on My Disney Experience, please contact (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will gladly assist you.

Mary Ann, if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to swing by planDisney again. We are all EARS to help you plan a magical trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo day,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
