I purchased tickets for the Disneyland sweetheart night for February 11th, however my job has a new program launching and is declining all vacation time and days off for everyone. Is there any way I can gift someone else the tickets or anything?

Hi Marcus! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to send us your question.

I'm so sorry to hear you won't be able to go to Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts' Nite. While tickets cannot be sold, you are allowed to gift them to someone. There are a few options for how you can share the tickets.

You could give them a screenshot of the ticket barcodes so they can present them to be scanned at the entrance of Disneyland Park. The tickets can also be linked to another person's Disneyland account. This can be done using the Disneyland Mobile app. After tapping the three bars in the bottom right corner of the home screen, your friend should select "My Tickets & Passes", and then "Link Tickets & Passes". On the Disneyland website, under "My Disneyland", there is an option to "Link Tickets." The ticket ID number will need to be manually entered when using this option.

It's important to note that the tickets will still show your name, but identification does not need to be presented for this type of ticket. The tickets for this event allow guests to enter as early as 6:00 p.m., three hours before the event begins.

I hope you will eventually have time off from work to visit The Happiest Place on Earth! When you're ready to start planning, please stop by planDisney again. We would love to help!

    Wishing you magic in 2025,
    Lisa
