I purchased tickets to disneyland for a specific date. Do I also need to make a reservation? The website is telling me the max reservations have been reached on my tickets. Does that mean the reservation was created when I bought tix for that date?

    Hello N!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing your question our way!

When Disneyland Resort Guests purchase Theme Park Tickets directly from the Disneyland Mobile App or Disneyland Resort Website they select the date they plan to use the tickets. This creates a Theme Park Reservation within the ticket purchase process. The reason the system says your max limit has been reached is that you likely already hold the necessary reservation.

Here is how you can confirm no additional reservation is required. Please log in to your Disneyland Account, select “My Disneyland” then click “Ticket and Reservation Details” from the dropdown menu. Lastly, click on the “My Park Reservations” hyperlink. You should see the theme parks listed and the dates of your trip. This information may also be found in the "Future Plans" section of the Disneyland Mobile App.

If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney!
