I’m sorry you’re having trouble locating your Disneyland Resort ticket! If you purchased tickets on the
Disneyland Mobile App, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you made the purchase. If you're not able to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
Please note, canceling your
Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That’s because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date. You may book a new Theme Park Reservation for a later date. Because reservations are limited and subject to availability, I recommend checking the
Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day.
