I purchased tickets for Disneyland and proceeded to reservation and two of my children were placed in California Adventures instead of Disneyland. How can we move them to so my family can enjoy Disneyland together?

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Victoria!

Welcome to planDisney, we’re so happy to hear from you. ChEARs! I’m so excited to hear that you will be returning to the Magic, very soon. Seeing California residents spend their weekend back at Disneyland Resort was so incredible. Each and every picture I’ve seen leaves a smile on my face and heart. I cannot wait for the day I get to return, I’ve missed it all so much.

It sounds like you may want to double check the Theme Park Availability calendar. I am currently only seeing availability in, Disney California Adventure Park, as the starting park. If you have Park Hopper tickets, I recommend changing your reservation to start in Disney California Adventure. After starting there, then you all can hop on over to Disneyland later in the day.

Victoria, if you are still having difficulties with your reservations, please give the Disneyland Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help.

    Have a Magical visit!

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
