Hi there, Jody! Welcome to planDisney. There’s nothing like a family visit to the parks. It’s always a favorite of mine when all of my siblings get on the phone to plan our next Disney adventure. Oftentimes, we find ourselves in the same predicament as you! I’d love to walk you through how we get through those main gates to meet up with each other.
When one of my siblings purchases tickets for everybody, usually an email will hold all of our ticket information. This will contain everyone’s ticket IDs. Once assigned to each person, I like to ensure each of us has the
Disneyland app downloaded onto our phones.
Once that is complete, you’ll want to open it up and tap the (☰) icon on the bottom right corner, then tap “My Tickets & Passes.” Tap “Link Tickets & Passes,” then tap “Type ID.” This will allow you to enter your ticket information onto your phone, as well as your daughter’s onto her phone. You’ll all have each other’s tickets linked to each other’s Disneyland app. From here, your daughter should have her ticket on her phone ready to scan at the main entrance gates.
