    I purchased tickets for Disneyland (one park only). Do I need to make a park reservation for Disneyland as well? When I attempted to make a reservation my tickets say unable to make theme park reservation

    Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney this week. It's always a pleasure to help!

    My guess is that you already have reservations if you purchased your tickets directly from the Disneyland Resort because the website usually prompts Guests to make their reservations as part of the purchase process. 

    So my first suggestion is to open your Disneyland account, go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), click on "View My Park Reservations." This page will show you if you already have reservations or not. 

    If you can't find any reservations there, don't worry! Open your purchase confirmation email and give the Disneyland Resort a call at (714) 781-4636. I'm sure the Cast Members will be able to help you!
