Usually, the
ticket purchase tool will guide you through booking theme park reservations while you're purchasing your tickets, so let me tell you how to double-check it and fix it if they're not there.
First, login into your Disneyland Resort account and go to the menu under "My Disneyland," and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On the next page ("Theme Park Tickets & Reservations"), select "View My Park Reservations." You should see your current bookings on this page.
But if your reservations are not there, simply go back to the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations," select "Make Park Reservations," and click on "Book Theme Park Reservation."
If this still doesn't work, you can also call the
Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. They will be able to resolve any glitches and schedule your reservations!
