Hi! I purchased 5 tickets to Disneyland on July 1 & 5 tickets to California Adventure on July 2. The tickets are for myself, my husband and 3 kids. Unfortunately, my husband can’t do the trip. Can I change his tickets to my sister? How do I do it?

    Hey there, Katerina!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with a question!

I’m sorry your husband won’t be able to make it on your vacation to the Disneyland Resort! Don’t forget to bring him back a souvenir. May I suggest an Iron Man’s Infinity Gauntlet from Avengers Campus? This fun cup holder doubles as a souvenir! It can be found at both Shawarma Palace food carts. While you’re there, don’t forget to try the Impossible Breakfast Sha-warm-up in the morning or the Impossible Victory Falafel in the afternoon.

I am happy to report that you do not have to change the name on your husband’s unused ticket for your sister to use it. That’s because upon arrival a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using each ticket. From then on the ticket is associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket.  So feel free to bring your sister instead of your husband. I hope you have a wonderful time!
