Hello, Susan!
Welcome to
planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your
Disneyland Resort question. I’m so sorry to hear your travel plans were put on hold last year. I hope 2021 will be more magical for you and include a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are generally non-transferable and non-refundable. However, some resort policies and offerings have been modified for Guests who purchased tickets prior to or during the theme park closures. Many theme park ticket expiration dates have been extended, so there’s a good chance the extension applies to your tickets. Unused non-promotional tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021. If your tickets expired outside of these dates but they were not used for park entry, you can also use the amount you paid originally as credit toward a new ticket at the current prices.
I suggest that you link the tickets to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app to check the current expiration date. Keep in mind that Guests must have a valid theme park ticket linked to their Disney account to make a
theme park reservation using the online system that launched recently. If you have more questions or would like to explore other possible options regarding your tickets, please call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636.
I hope this information helps, Susan. Don’t hesitate to send us any other pixie-dusted planning questions you may have!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
