Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho. It's off to Disneyland Resort you go, Jennifer! I'm excited to hear you're returning to the magic soon!
To make the guest experience more enjoyable and safer, Disneyland Resort has been managing attendance with a theme park reservation system. If you purchased your tickets directly through the Disneyland website, your theme park reservations were made for you when you selected your dates. If you bought your tickets through a third-party vendor or via a military base, you'd need to make those reservations yourself. The easiest way to see if you've already completed this step is to check your email account; Disney will send you an email confirmation of your theme park reservation along with a QR code.
Another way to confirm is by checking your account at
Disneyland.com. Go to the far right tab that says, "My Disneyland," and scroll down to "Ticket and Reservation Details." Go to the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" webpage and click on "View My Park Reservations." You should also be able to see your reservations on the main landing page of the
Disneyland Mobile App.
If you still need to make your park reservations, go to the
Theme Park Reservations page, and click the "Make Theme Park Reservations" button to create your party and link your tickets. You should also check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure your dates are still available; currently, it looks like your dates in May are good to go! If you purchased Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day. Then beginning at 1:00 PM, you can hop over to the other park.
I hope this helps, Jennifer! If you need anything else, remember the planDisney team is all ears. See ya real soon!
