Elizabeth from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased 8 tickets, 4 for Disneyland and 4 for CA, we are California residents and now can ge the California Resident 3 day deal, are we able to upgrade our tickets and get a refund for the amount we will save?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Elizabeth!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and it is such an honor to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! I KNOW you are counting down the days until you arrive! WOO HOO!

What a GREAT question! After talking with several incredible Cast Members, I found out that California residents who have already purchased Disneyland Theme Park Tickets with a retail value less than the California resident promotional tickets will be allowed to upgrade their purchased tickets into the three-day California resident promotional tickets. Guests are able to make this upgrade at any ticket booth at the Disneyland Resort. Guests will then be able to pay the difference in price for the upgrade at the ticket booth.

I KNOW you must be so excited about your visit to the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are sharing TIGGER-ific announcements all of the time regarding the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! Since we don't want you to miss a THING, I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
