Hey there, David! We want to welcome you to planDisney and say thanks for stopping by!
You did it! You purchased your tickets for a visit to Disneyland Resort. That is so exciting! And I am glad to hear that you know that all tickets require
theme park ticket reservations for entry into the parks. I know you mentioned you are unable to make reservations and that's simply because you are early! Theme park ticket reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance, so it sounds like you will just need to sit tight for a little bit yet.
While you wait for your reservation window to open up, I would make sure that you have the
Disneyland app downloaded and your tickets linked to your Disney account so that making reservations will be quick and easy. You can do this by clicking on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the app and clicking on "Ticket and Passes". There you will be able to scan codes or manually type in each ticket's I.D. number to link your tickets to your account.
Now you can spend time looking into extras like seeing if there are any locations where you might want to
book dining reservations for your visit. Dining reservations can be made 60 days in advance. I suggest checking out Disney Genie+ to enhance your day, especially if attractions are a priority. You really can fit in so many attractions with the perk of Lightning Lane access. Lastly, I suggest frequently checking out the
Disney Parks Blog. This will be where any big announcements are made, like the recent announcements of nighttime spectaculars returning.
David, thanks again for stopping by. Be sure to come back with your questions as you continue to plan your summer visit to The Happiest Place on Earth.
