Hiya, Christopher! Welcome to planDisney!
I hope you’re keeping warm with the late-season snow hitting the prairies this week! There’s nothing quite like planning a trip to sunny Florida when the weather isn’t so great back home. I’m happy to hear you’re taking advantage of the
Canadian Resident ticket offer, Christopher. My family and I have been able to take advantage of similar savings on past trips as well. It leaves extra room in the budget for souvenirs!
To answer your question, Christopher, you can absolutely get your tickets activated at
Guest Relations at the Disney Springs Welcome Center. Typically, you will have to show proof of Canadian residency. I’ve done this myself on several occasions on our arrival day. This is a great strategy because if you plan to head to a park right at opening on your first park day, you won’t have to worry about activating your tickets. You can head straight to your first attraction of the day!
I hope this answers your question, Christopher! While you’re at Disney Springs, there are a ton of phenomenal dining options. I highly recommend
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ and
Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant. The massive
World of Disney merchandise store is also always worth a visit.
If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your vacation, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at
planDisney. We’re always happy to help!
See you real soon!
