    I have purchased tickets on the disney website. Is it possible to collect them and purchase magic bands at my hotel disney swan and doplhin

    Hi Donna,

    In order to pick up tickets purchased directly from the Walt Disney World website, you'll need to visit a Walt Disney World theme park or water park ticketing window or Guest Relations Office. MagicBands are available for purchase at all of the theme parks, water parks, and the Downtown Disney area. If your plans allow it, I suggest visiting the Downtown Disney area on the first night of your stay. You'll be able to pick up your tickets and purchase your MagicBands so you're ready to head right into the parks the next morning.
