As for your tickets, it sounds to me like they may just need to be linked to your
My Disney Experience app. Some reservations and tickets may not automatically appear in My Disney Experience and so you will need to manually link them. You can either link them in your
My Disney Experience account
by visiting this page, or you can follow
these great instructions for linking them in your mobile app from my fellow panelist Greg. After this, you should be able to see your tickets in your app or your account online.
If none of this works,
give Guest Services a call. They will be more than happy to help. Just have your confirmation or ticket ID number handy. You can find either of these in the email you were sent after you made your ticket or vacation package purchase.
