Hi Samantha,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian!
Based on my experience, you’re usually able to “assign” any
Theme Park Tickets purchased online to someone in your
My Friends & Family list, so there’s a good chance that these tickets are already linked to you/other members of your travel party. The way to check would be to look under the “Tickets and Passes” link in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. You’ll find that section in the last menu choice at the bottom of your smartphone’s screen. The list of all Theme Park Tickets that have been assigned to the members of your Friends & Family list should be there (keep swiping right to see them all).
If you’re on a computer, you can also check the top part of your “
My Plans” page – if the little ticket icon isn’t greyed out for the members of your party, that means that valid admission has been linked to their respective account(s)/profile(s), so you don’t need to re-link any Theme Park Tickets for them.
If the icon is greyed out, try entering the confirmation number that you got with your email confirmation. That should work as the number on your card/ticket for linking purposes.
If you need any help “untangling” your vacation plans, please don’t hesitate to
contact Walt Disney World Resort directly. They’ll be able to give you troubleshooting and other tech tips to ensure that everything is properly linked so that your vacation starts as magically as it should!
As always, should you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
