    I purchased tickets through my Disney experience app on my phone, I need to link them to the account but it's asking for an ID code. I don't know where to find the code. They are digital tickets. How can I book fast passes with digital tickets?

    It looks like your vacation is rapidly approaching! I bet you are getting excited!

    With your online theme park admission purchase, you should have received an email confirmation. This confirmation will include your confirmation number, the type of ticket purchased, and the date(s) of your park tickets. This is the number you'll use to link your tickets to your account. My confirmation listed the number in both the email subject and in the email itself below the barcode. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please double check any spam folders. If you still don't see it, you'll want to call Guest Services for assistance at (407) 566-4985.

    Once you have your confirmation, head over to My Disney Experience either on your computer or on the mobile app to link or manage your park tickets,. After you log in, look for the "Park Tickets" option. Click into this area, and then use the confirmation from your email. That should do it! If for any reason you encounter a problem, please contact the My Disney Experience support team at (407) 939-4357.
