Leticia from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased tickets for disney california and I am not able to make park reservations because when I enter the ticket it says error this ticket is already linked to an account, which is my account.

    Howdy, Leticia!

Well it sounds like Evil Emperor Zurg is trying to put a stop to your vacation plans! Thankfully, I’ve got Sheriff Woody, Jessie, Bullseye, AND the famous Buzz Lightyear on my team! Let’s see what we can do to put a stop to the madness!

My first piece of advice would be to log out and then back in to your account on the Disneyland Resort website. Sometimes the technology just needs a simple reboot and then you’ll be ready to wrangle your vacation plans! You may also consider trying a different internet browser as this can be helpful as well.

If you find that you still cannot make a Theme Park Reservation because it is saying that your tickets are linked to another account, I would highly recommend calling a Cast Member at Website Support -  (714) 520-6222 - as they will be able to see what is keeping your posse from making Theme Park Reservations!

I’m sending happy thoughts to you, Leticia! If you have additional questions, we’d be happy to help you as best as we can here at planDisney

You’ve got a friend in me!
