I purchased my tickets for Disney Adventure. Is there anything else I have to do after purchasing tickets? First time going to Disney.

    Hi there, Celina!

Step 1: Purchase theme park tickets and book theme park reservations.
Step 2: Show up bright and early for a magical day in "the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy."

That's it! If you purchase your tickets directly through the Disneyland Resort website or using the Disneyland mobile app, you should be all set to enjoy a day of wonder and imagination at the Disneyland Resort. The ticket purchase process normally includes the required step to book your theme park reservations too.

To redeem your Disney eTickets, simply display them from the Tickets and Passes screen of the Disneyland mobile app at the entrance of the theme park you reserved. If you choose, you can also print your eTickets from the link included in your ticket purchase confirmation email. But I prefer the ease of using the mobile app or the optional MagicBand+. One mobile phone can be used to display all of the tickets for your party. Or you may choose to link the tickets to the accounts of other members of your party as well.

If you happened to book a hotel stay plus theme park tickets Disneyland Resort Vacation Package and your booking was done more than 120 days before your visit, you would likely need to book theme park reservations by visiting the "My Hotel Reservations" page. Or if you purchased your park tickets from certain third-party vendors, you may need to link your tickets to your Disneyland Resort account and proceed to book the necessary park reservations online. To check if your park reservations are all set, you can view the Future Plans screen of the Disneyland mobile app (find it on the ☰ feature menu screen) or visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page online.

Tony’s Tip: If you’d like to plus up the magic, you may also book reservations for a table service restaurant or plan an Enchanting Extra. For your convenience, you may see all of your bookings and even create new bookings on the "My Plans" page online. In the mobile app, find reservations on the Future Plans screen or the My Genie Day screen. After you arrive at the parks, you can purchase the optional Disney Genie+ service if you haven’t already and/or individual Lightning Lanes. You can also use the Disneyland app to place mobile food and beverage orders at quick service dining locations or use the “Check Dining Availability” for reservations with a future time or mobile walk-up list openings by selecting "Now" selected for the time.

I hope you have a magical time, Celina!
