    Hello, I purchased tickets through a different vendor. I made the mistake to by the wrong tier. I would like to upgrade to a higher tier

    I’m sorry to hear you purchased incorrect tier park tickets through a third-party vendor. If you wish to upgrade to a higher tier, you’ll need to do so at one of the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booths. A Cast Member will gladly assist you in upgrading your tickets. Simply pay the difference in value, then make your theme park reservations. Pretty soon, you’ll be able to experience all the pixie-dusted fun at the Happiest Place on Earth!
