Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Alexes. I always love seeing a fellow North Carolinian stop by to ask a question.
When purchasing
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets as a set, as in selecting a 3-day ticket, it's an all-or-nothing system. You are able to upgrade your standard theme park tickets to include the
park hopper option but you would need to do it for all three days. It is not possible to upgrade just one individual day of your tickets. I do want to mention that when you are on vacation, you can upgrade your ticket to include the park hopper option on the last day of your trip. However, you will be upgrading the whole ticket set which would mean you would be essential back-paying for the other days to have the park hopper as well. That wouldn't work out in your favor since you wouldn't be able to take advantage of the park hopper those days since they would have already passed.
Park hopping is my favorite way to spend a Disney day, Alexes. I don't think it would be a bad idea to go ahead and just upgrade all three days of your tickets. That will allow you to cover the most ground on your visit and even return to some favorites toward the end of your trip. A Disney day for me often starts out at either Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I love arriving bright and early to cross off a bunch of my must-do's before it gets too busy. Then, in the afternoon I love to splish splash around in the pool at whichever
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel I happen to be staying at. Then, after I've had my fun in the Florida sun I like to clean up and spend the rest of the afternoon and evening at Epcot. I enjoy snacking around The World Showcase for dinner and enjoying some of my favorite attractions there later in the day. This could also be a great way for you to enjoy a day or two while you are on vacation.
I hope this helps, Alexes. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun and enjoy!
