    Hi I purchased tickets 2 days ago for my family , but family emergency happend is there any way we can get refund or at least disney credit that we can use later?

    I’m saddened to hear that an emergency has occurred. I hope everything is well with you and your family. You’ll be happy to hear that there’s no need to worry about your theme park tickets right now. You are good to hold on to those tickets until you are ready to use them. According to the eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. However, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired, Disneyland Resort theme park ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket equal to or greater than the original purchase price. So you will be able to use those tickets at a later date that works best for you and your family.

    Saif, you are also more than welcome to call the Disneyland Resort. A Cast Member there will be happy to help with anything else that you may need including rescheduling your vacation package, if that’s the route you took.
