i purchased tickets for a day and never used the tickets. can i. still use my credit to rebook a new park date?

Hey Carrie, and welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry that you could not visit Walt Disney World Resort on your original arrival day. The good news is that it sounds like you have plans to enjoy the magic in the near future. Your theme park tickets will still hold the same value, so it will be a good idea to call (407)566-4985 so that a Cast Member will be able to assist you with using your purchased ticket value for a different date. Please note that new dates could incur additional fees if the new date cost is higher than the price you originally paid. Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can make your theme park reservations using the Disney Parks Pass Reservation System

We want to be able to assist you with your future arrival plans; please return and let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical visit!
