I purchased my tickets for 1 day 0 tier. Do I need to do reservations as well. I tried it but it is unavailable.

Well hey there, Henrik. Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question. Oh boy! It looks like a visit to the Disneyland Resort is in your near future, so let's make sure you have everything ready to go.

Both a valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation are required for entry into Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. If you purchased your ticket directly from the Disneyland site, you were prompted to select the day of your visit which then created your theme park reservation. To make sure this is the case, you can open the Disneyland app and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right and then tap the "Future Plans" tile. If you have a theme park reservation for your visit, you will see it here. You can also find this on the Disneyland site by clicking on "My Plans" under the heading "My Disneyland" towards the top right.

If you don't have a theme park reservation, you will need to make one and I highly recommend securing this as soon as possible. I just checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and noticed that there is availability for both parks on the day of your visit (subject to change).  I also checked the blockout dates for a 1-day Tier 0 ticket and see that you can use this ticket on the day of your planned visit. This makes me think that you most likely already have a park reservation for your visit, however, please do take the steps mentioned above to be extra sure.

Once you've confirmed, you can breathe easy and spend your time thinking about what you're going to do and most importantly (in my opinion), what you're going to eat. The Disney100 Celebration is in full swing and there are some festive eats just for the occasion. I just returned from Disneyland and really enjoyed the Platinum Trifle from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. I highly recommend trying at least one (or three) of the Disney100 sweet treats.

Henrik, I hope this is helpful and gets you one step closer to your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Please come back to visit us with any other questions that come to mind.

    Have a magical day,
    Michelle
