Hello Elvia,
Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney. I can imagine you're looking forward to all the magic that awaits you when you visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks.
Theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort are typically valid for quite a bit of time. For example, if you were to buy a 1-day theme park ticket today, the ticket would be valid through December 30, 2022. If you were to buy a multi-day theme park ticket today, the ticket would be valid for 13 days after you first use the ticket for theme park entry, or through January 12, 2023 -- whichever of those dates comes first. In general, the ticket will be valid for use through its expiration date, which will depend on when you purchased the ticket.
It's helpful to know that the Disneyland Resort did extend the original expiration date for some types of tickets, and you can take a look at the
"Modifications and Cancellations" information to see some of the details.
If you have questions about ticket expiration, you can call the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about the expiration date for your ticket. As an alternative, you could also contact the Disneyland Resort through
the online email form to ask about your ticket expiration date. Another option is to connect with a Cast Member using the "Chat with Us" feature in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app (tap the menu in the lower right of the app home screen, and then tap the "Chat with Us" tile.)
One note to keep in mind, Elvia, is that you'll want to make your theme park reservations for your theme park visit if you haven't already done so. When it comes time to plan your visit to the Disneyland Resort theme parks, you'll want to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see when the theme parks have reservations available to select. You can then use the
Theme Park Reservations system to make a theme park reservation for the ticket you previously purchased. Simply use the "If you’ve already purchased a ticket: Make Park Reservations" feature.
Elvia, I hope this information is helpful as you make your plans to visit the Disneyland Resort.
Here's wishing you lots of wonderful fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort!
Jerry
