Hiya, Susan! Welcome to planDisney, where it will be my pleasure to chat with you about your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets! Your family is in good company when it comes to adjusting Walt Disney World vacation plans. It has certainly been an unprecedented year, and as such, Walt Disney World is committed to making it as seamless as possible for all to make the necessary changes in their plans.
To reassign your Tickets to your daughter and grandson, I would recommend the following steps. First, make sure that they are both listed within your
“Family & Friends” list in
My Disney Experience. Once you’ve done this, navigate to the Tickets & Memory Maker section of your account. Find the Ticket(s) you wish to reassign, and next to them, you should be able to click the “Reassign Ticket” button and link them to the intended Guests. If this option is somehow not available to you after following all those steps,
contact Disney Existing Tickets via phone, where a Cast Member will be standing by to help! Pro Tip: While you are logged into My Disney Experience, you may be interested in giving your daughter the ability to make plans for your group as well! This is easily accomplished by navigating to the “Update” link next to her name and clicking “Sharing plans,” which should be found in the drop-down box.
Susan, I hope that this information helps you continue to make plans for your family and that your daughter and grandson can enjoy Walt Disney World very soon! Please know that you can come back here anytime we can help you with your Disney plans.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Clara
