Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets means that they have a visit planned in the near future, and I am sure they are so excited about the memories that will be created.
In my experience, anything I have purchased from resort to theme park tickets has shown up sometimes immediately (once I refresh) or around the same time I have received my emailed confirmation. If the theme park tickets have yet to appear in theirs (or your)
My Disney Experience account within a couple of hours, I recommend calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to put your mind at ease, though I am sure it will appear.
