Hello Giselle, I'm so glad you're here! We love helping our fellow Guests plan the most magical memories at the Disneyland Resort.
It sounds like you're already well on your way to confirming your theme park reservations and ticket purchase. The hardest part is nearly done, and soon you'll be enjoying all the fun! My best recommendation is to log in to your Disney account and view the "
My Plans" section. You can also use the official
Disneyland mobile app to view the "Future Plans" section. Both of these locations will display all of your currently held reservations for the theme parks, dining, or Enchanting Extras collection bookings you may have made.
If you see a theme park reservation listed there for your intended visit date (and it corresponds to the ticket ID that you purchased), then you're good to go! In this case, it is likely the reason why you received an error message when trying to make new theme park reservations - because your ticket had already been linked to a reservation date! However, if you don't see any theme park reservations listed, you will want to go ahead and make them by following the steps on the
Ticket and Reservations Details page.
If this still doesn't help work out the issue, you can feel welcome to call the
Tickets line to speak with a Cast Member. They can view and confirm any currently held park reservations, or help you modify or make new ones!
I hope these suggestions are helpful, Giselle, and please come back to
planDisney if we can offer any other heartfelt recommendations for your next visit. We'd love to see you again real soon!
Wishing you
Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
