If we purchased tickets for before Covid ( April 2020). Will they still be honoured when we book to come?

    Hi Deanna,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here at planDisney with your question.  I was so excited to hear the news that out-of-state guests will be able to return to Disneyland Resort starting on June 15, hopefully we will both be able to visit the Happiest Place on Earth soon!

Since the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets were given an extension to the expiry date up to December 16, 2021 and the extension does include Canadian Resident Tickets.  I suggest trying to link your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account to see if the expiry date has been updated, and if you know when you would like to visit, try making your Theme Park Reservations.  If after trying these steps there is still an issue with your Theme Park Tickets, you will need to call Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be happy to help get your Theme Park Tickets sorted out.

I know being in Canada, there are still travel restrictions in place, making it difficult to return to the magic.  If you are unable to visit Disneyland Resort prior to your Theme Park Tickets expiring, don't worry Deanna.  Guests are able to use the value of their wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets, just call ticket services and they will be happy to help!

I hope you will be able to return to Disneyland Resort soon, Deanna.  Please come back to planDisney if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
