Hi there, Andrew. Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you’ve stopped by with your question for us.
I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth soon! I recently returned from a trip to Walt Disney World Resort with a vacation package purchased through Costco Travel. Although it’s a different Disney resort, the process of linking your tickets is essentially the same.
In the confirmation email(s) from Costco Travel after your purchase, there should be information with your ticket details. There should be barcodes or a string of numbers for your E-Tickets. When you log into your Disney account on the
Disneyland mobile app, click on the three small horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. This will bring up a menu with many options. In the top left corner, click on “Tickets and Passes”. Click on “Link Tickets & Passes” to add the tickets you’ve purchased through Costco Travel. You can either enter the ID number manually or scan the barcode for each ticket. Once you’ve linked your tickets to your Disneyland mobile app, you can make
theme park reservations.
On the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a circle with a “+” sign in the middle. Pressing on this will open up a menu; click on “Make a Park Reservation”. You can then follow the prompts to choose the date and park you wish to visit.
Please note: Since Costco is not affiliated with Disneyland Resort, if you continue to have issues with your tickets purchased from them, I recommend reaching out to Costco Travel directly.I hope this information is helpful for you. If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to
write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
