I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty getting your tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account. Technical difficulties certainly aren't magical, are they? Not knowing exactly where you purchased your Theme Park Tickets, I can't be sure why you're getting an error message. We'll start by taking a look at the Ticket ID numbers and if we can't get them linked, we'll seek some extra help.
Start by visiting the
claims page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Click on the Tickets box. There you'll see a guide for where to find your Ticket ID numbers. Once you add one ID number, you can add up to 10 additional tickets. Then you'll follow the prompts to assign the tickets and confirm the link to your My Disney Experience account.
You can also try linking your tickets using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. First, tap on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen. Then tap the Tickets and Passes box. Tap on the little blue plus sign in the top corner to link your tickets. Depending on the purchase confirmation you received, you may even be able to simply scan a barcode!
If you still experience difficulty, not to fret! Call the Help Desk at (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
Once your tickets are linked, be sure to make your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System right away. Before you know it, you'll be enjoying pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks!
