    We purchased tickets for an up coming trip and I got a Window with a message that my order is in process. What does this mean? My sister made a purchase at the same time and her tickets were proccessed immediately.

    It seems like you ran into a technical glitch while purchasing your ticket. Since your trip is pretty close, my best advice is to call the Disneyland Resort and talk to the Cast Members specializing in ticket sales. 

    You can reach them at (714) 781-4636, and they will look into your transaction and maybe sell you new tickets if your original purchase didn't go through.
