I purchased 3 tickets for the 70th celebration tour on 9/23/25. I first selected the date for 4 people - 9:45am. During the process of purchasing those tickets- there was an error. Can you let me know if any cancellations on date to add another ticket?

    Hiya, Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney!

First off, I just want to share how thrilled I am to hear that you’ll be joining in on A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Resort! This brand-new experience was created especially for the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, making it a truly one-of-a-kind way to honor seven decades of magic, stories, and wonder. I’ve had the chance to enjoy a couple of tours myself, and I can’t wait to book my next one—this very tour is at the top of my list! I’m sorry to hear that you ran into a hiccup while booking—I know even the smoothest fairy tale adventures sometimes get a little tangled… just ask Rapunzel!

The great news is that as of the time I’m writing this, there are still 9:45 AM reservations available for September 23. Since availability can change as quickly as a spinning teacup, I’d recommend checking the reservations page and booking as soon as possible if you’d like to lock in that extra spot for your party.

Because you mentioned that you encountered an error during checkout, I’d also encourage you to double-check that your original three reservations are showing correctly. You can do this by visiting the “My Plans” page on the website, or by opening the Disneyland mobile app, tapping the menu (☰) button, and selecting “Future Plans.” There, you’ll be able to confirm that your tour reservations are listed.

If you don’t see them—or if you have any trouble adding that fourth Guest—I’d recommend reaching out directly to the Disneyland Resort via phone. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to review your reservation and ensure everything is in place for your group’s big day.

And before I let you go, Stephanie, here’s one last little tip: plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to check in for your tour. These experiences begin right on schedule, and arriving a bit ahead of time ensures a smooth start—and even a few extra moments to soak up the morning magic of Disneyland Park before your adventure begins.

Stephanie, I hope this helps you and your group prepare for a most enchanting visit. I just know your tour will be filled with fascinating stories, magical details, and memories worthy of this historic milestone at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    See ya real soon!
