Hiya, Patricia! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney, where our goal is to help our fellow Disney-loving Guests plan enchanting vacations to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm so glad that you're here!

Oh boy! Your magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort is fast approaching, which is why it's of the utmost importance that you're able to book your desired Theme Park reservations. Luckily, you've come to the right place for that. Let's get planning!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble trying to make your Theme Park reservations, but I do have a couple of tricks up my sleeve that we could try in order to get you on your way to the magic. First things first, please try clearing the cache on your laptop or desktop computer, and if you're still having technical issues, try switching over to a different browser! I usually switch between Safari and Google Chrome if one of the two is acting up, and it almost always fixes the issue. If you'd like to know which browser to try, the Walt Disney World Resort website actually has a list of the ones that tend to work better.

Patricia, if you've made it to this point with no luck, it's time for you to call Website Support at (407) 939-4357. You might have to hold on the phone for a little bit longer than usual, but I promise that it will be well worth it! I wish you the very best, my friend, and I hope that your vacation is filled with magic. Please don't hesitate to come back here with any other questions you might have! You know where to find us.

    See you real soon,
