Hi Trisha,
I am so glad to see you stopping by planDisney with a question!
It sounds like you need to link and assign those tickets in
My Disney Experience. First, be sure that everyone traveling with you is listed in your My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If not, you will need to connect with them. Just go to the My Family & Friends List and click on Add a Guest. Once you have those folks added, you need to go back to My Plans, click on Add More Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. Using your ticket numbers, link those tickets in your My Disney Experience account and assign them to the friends or family traveling with you.
If you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the mobile app and click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Then, click on Tickets and Passes and click on the plus sign at the top of the screen to Link Tickets & Passes. Once you have those tickets linked, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Be sure to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar. At times, park pass reservations may be unavailable.
As you continue to plan, I trust you will get those tickets linked and park passes reserved. As your trip dates approach quickly, also be sure to review the features in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. When released,
Disney Genie service is going to enhance our park planning ability. If you have not done so already, also create digital passes with
Disney MagicMobile service. We adore MagicBands, but I have also used Disney MagicMobile service to enter a park.
Trisha, keep up the practically perfect planning! We cannot wait to welcome you to your next Disney Day!
Magic and memories
