    We purchased tickets back in May for our Trip 10/25/21, we are now noticing we never got them emailed to us. I have been on hold for over two hours, anyone know a number that you can call that the hold times aren't so long? Amy

    All of your planning is about to pay off as you make your way to the Walt Disney World Resort today! You are going to have such a great time exploring all that the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration has to offer. It is the perfect time to visit!

    If your Walt Disney World theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can simply create a Disney MagicMobile pass on your phone to act as your tickets for admittance into the theme parks. This can be done through the My Disney Experience mobile app by touching the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then selecting "Disney MagicMobile." If your tickets are not connected to your My Disney Experience account, then you will need to call Disney directly at (407) 934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member about your ticket order. Hopefully, you were able to get through to a Cast Member already and have everything straightened out!
