Hi Cynthia, and welcome to planDisney!
Buttons and bows! You're just days away from your vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! Let's make sure all of your plans are squared away so you're ready for some Disney magic!
I'm so sorry you've been having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations. Since you've checked the
Availability Calendar and we know that there are openings available in the theme parks on the days you're visiting, it sounds like you're on the right track. My guess is that your tickets may not be linked to your My Disney Experience account, so let's give that a try.
Hop on over to the
Link Your Reservations and Purchases page on the Walt Disney World website and click on "Tickets." You should be prompted to sign in to your
My Disney Experience account, so enter your info here to get to the next step. If you don't have a My Disney Experience account yet, go ahead and create one. It's totally free, and you'll not only need it to make your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations, but for things like
Mobile Ordering, checking attraction wait times, keeping track of your dining reservations, and lots more.
Once you've signed in, follow the prompts to link your tickets to your account. Then, you should be able to
go back to the Disney Park Pass page and make reservations for the parks you plan to visit.
If you're traveling with another Guest who might have already linked your tickets to their account, ask them to add you to their
Family & Friends list and to enable "Share Plans" with you, then give your reservations another try. If you find you're still having problems making Disney Park Pass reservations, you'll want to
give Guest Relations a call at the number listed under "My Disney Experience & MagicBands," and a Cast Member will be happy to help you untangle the problem.
I hope this helps you finalize your plans, Cynthia. After all, your vacation is almost here! Time to put all your worries behind you and have a wonderful time with your family at Walt Disney World! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question, and please come back and see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
