I purchased 2 tickets for August 17th, 2021. How do I know if I made reservations for that day as well? I am coming from out of state to visit family and want to make sure we are able to use the tickets.

    Hello, Jennifer!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing your question to us, we’re more than happy to help!

The easiest way to double-check your reservations is through the Disneyland mobile app. If you haven’t already done so, go ahead and download the mobile app. You will then want to then sign in. After signing in, you should see your existing reservations linked on the home screen of the app. If you don’t see them there, click on the 3 lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Then select “My Plans”, you should see your reservations there.

Jennifer, if you don’t see anything listed under your plans, you will want to go ahead and push the “Link to Account” button on the same page. From there, link your tickets to your account and continue with the Theme Park Reservation process. Once you’ve done that, you can repeat the steps I’ve mentioned above just to make sure your reservations are linked.

I hope this helps, Jennifer. If there’s anything else we can help with, you know where to find us
