Hey there, Oxana! Welcome to planDisney. We appreciate you taking the time to bring us a question about your tickets.
It sounds like you've done everything correctly as far as purchasing and reserving your tickets. If you purchased your tickets through the
Disneyland website, you were instructed to pick the dates for your visit before you completed your purchase. I assume after you purchased your tickets, you went in and tried to make
theme park ticket reservations and this is why you got that prompt or error message that you did. That message means that you already have reservations for all of the available days on that ticket. This is because you actually already made your reservations during the ticket purchase process. All of that to say, you should be good to go!
If you want to double-check this, I recommend doing it through the
Disneyland app. This is because you will want to be familiar with how the app works since you will be using it in the parks. After you have downloaded the Disneyland app, sign in to your Disneyland account. Then click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner. Next, click on "Future Plans". This is where you should see reservations for dates and parks for the days you reserved. If you click on the reservation, it will take you to a webpage that lists all of your upcoming reservations for all of the tickets that are linked to your account. This is where you will be able to cancel these reservations as well if needed.
Oxana, it sounds like you are ready to start planning all the fun details for your upcoming trip! Please come back and visit us again if you have any other questions! See you real soon!
