Greetings, Aundrea, and welcome to planDisney!
I'm sorry to hear there was a mix-up in the dates of your intended visit and the Disneyland Resort theme park you hope to visit. I'm happy to be your Fix-it-Felix, Jr. and help you get those details ironed out so you can be on your way to enjoying the most magical visit at Disneyland Resort!
To start, I suggest you log in to your account on the
official Disneyland website and use your mouse to hover over the
My Disneyland tab, then select "
My Plans." This will display any existing theme park, dining, or activity reservations you may have booked. If the dates and theme park you originally intended to secure are wrong, you'll need to take a few more steps to cancel and then rebook them.
First, check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to verify that your preferred date and theme park are available for you before you initiate the cancellation of your original reservation. Once you've verified this, then return to the "My Plans" page and select "cancel reservation." This will free up your reservation availability associated with your ticket so that you can rebook your new date and the theme park you wish to visit on that date.
Now, Aundrea, I do want to mention that if you've purchased a
1-day admission ticket, you will want to ensure that the new date for which you plan to rebook is at the same (or lower) tier that you originally purchased. If it is a higher tier, then you would need to upgrade the ticket and pay the difference in the purchase price at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths. If you'd like to speak to a Cast Member about this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to
Guest Services and they can offer direct assistance with your particular ticket purchase.
I hope these suggestions help take care of any glitches in your Disneyland Resort vacation plans, Aundrea! If we can lend any more support along the way, please don't hesitate to call on
planDisney again!
Wishing you
Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
