Welcome to
planDisney, Alexis! My, oh my, how wonderful is it that you're here? Thank you so much for stopping by with your question for us today.
Before we begin, I want to point out how excited I am to read that you'll be joining the World's Most Magical Celebration in just a few short days! You're absolutely going to love everything that the Disney Parks team has prepared for the occasion. Besides this, I don't know how long you plan on staying, but did you hear that normal meet & greets (with hugs and everything!) will be back up and running starting April 18? I don't know about you, but hearing that really warmed my heart.
Unfortunately, Alexis, I do have to let you know that all Guests are required to have a valid Theme Park ticket and a Theme Park reservation in order to enter the
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks on any given day. I know that you and your son are definitely in need of some powerful Pixie Dust at the moment––especially considering the fact that your magical vacation is just days away––so my advice to you would be to
call Existing Tickets at (407) 934-3639 and ask to speak to a Cast Member. Regarding you and your son's disabilities, I would also recommend that you call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 to learn how to turn your magical vacation into a completely stress-free adventure.
My final advice to you would be to consider changing your vacation dates. I know that this is quite an unconventional tip, but it's your best bet if you can't seem to find any available Theme Park reservations for your desired dates next week. If you choose to do this, you'll be able to change your Theme Park ticket dates through the
My Disney Experience mobile app by clicking on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen and then clicking on Tickets and Passes. Once here, you should be able to locate your Theme Park tickets. If you click on each ticket, you'll be able to modify your dates through here. However, if you're unable to modify your ticket dates by yourself––or if you'd like to modify your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation––then I suggest that you speak to a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936.
Alexis, I hope that my answer has been helpful. I understand that you were expecting to hear a completely different thing, and I do apologize for my lack of Pixie Dust. My wish for you is that the amazing Cast Members are able to find a suitable alternative for your case. That being said, please remember that you're always welcome here with any other questions you might have about planning a Disney vacation.
Have a magical day,
Ana Paula
