Welcome back to planDisney, Cathleen! It sounds like you are planning the ultimate family vacation to Disneyland Resort!
I'm glad to hear that you've crossed the most important item off your list and you have gotten your theme park tickets! Check your inbox, as you should have gotten a confirmation email where you can access your
eTickets. It should say: "Thank You. Your Order Is Confirmed, and the Ticket confirmation is included. There are two links below. One will link your tickets to the Disney account used, and the other should allow you to print them out."
You can use the
eTicket viewer to print the tickets. The eTicket itself comes as an Adobe PDF digital document, so you'll need Adobe Reader version 4.0 or higher to use it for viewing and printing. When you print your Disney eTickets, protect them and keep them in a safe place, just like any other ticket. If more than one copy of a Disney eTicket were to be used, the barcode scanner would alert the Cast Member that the ticket has already been scanned, and admission may be denied.
When traveling with extended family, remember that everyone has different must-dos. A teenager's interests are usually (but not always) different from grandma's, so don't feel bad about splitting up. To maximize your park time, I recommend using
Disney Genie+ Service, and it's relatively simple to do with multiple guests. When making your Genie+ Lightning Lane selections, you don't have to make the same plans for everyone in your party, as you can choose how many people you'd like to include. Another bonus is that your Genie+ purchase includes
Photopass Digital Downloads at Disneyland Resort, perfect for capturing those magical family memories!
We're full of tips and tricks, Cathleen, so please write back again! See ya real soon!
