    I purchased tickets on the app, it sent me an email with a barcode and confirmation number. However, how do I find the ticket ID number to link to my account and get fast passes. I tried using the confirmation number to link them but it says already linked

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jenna! Linking your tickets may be a whole lot easier than you think right now. Actually, they may already be residing in your My Disney Experience account! When you purchase Disney Theme Park Tickets while signed in to your account, then the system automagically links them to that account. In my experience, it has even asked me to assign the tickets to specific people within my Family & Friends List.

    Let's go through a quick check to see where those tickets are hiding. First, sign on to your My Disney Experience account while on your computer or the mobile app. If using your computer, pull up My Plans and scroll down until you see a tab for Tickets & Memory Maker. It is under the heading for My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. When you click that tab, all tickets assigned to you and anyone else connected to you within your Family & Friends List will be listed. The tickets should be hiding right there. If you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app to look for your tickets, then scroll down or use the menu to go to My Tickets. When the Tickets and Passes section pops up, swipe left to scroll through all tickets that may be there so you can search for your missing ones.

    If you do not find those errant tickets, try to first think back to when you purchased them. Were you signed on to a different My Disney Experience account? If you ultimately cannot locate the tickets online or in the My Disney Experience mobile app, then you will need to call the Existing Tickets line to get a Cast Member to help you sort it.
