Disney Genie+ services.
Before I walk you through how to add on Genie+, just a quick clarification: if you would like to add on Genie+ for all of your purchased Theme Park Tickets for the duration of your trip, you can purchase this ahead of time. If you only want to buy Genie+ for a specific day or Theme Park, you will need to wait to purchase Genie+ no earlier than midnight on the day you want to add it for. Based on your question, my guess is that you want it for your entire trip, but I just wanted to let you know that the process is slightly different depending on which one you choose. Although, no matter which path you choose, ensure that Theme Park Tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account and that your entire party is a part of your
Family and Friends list before adding Genie+.
To Add Genie+ for your entire trip (using the My Disney Experience mobile app):-Open up the My Disney Experience mobile app on your mobile device and click the menu (the three horizontal lines in the bottom corner).
-Select “Tickets and Passes” and find the Theme Park tickets to which you would like to add Genie+.
-Select “Change Ticket” and follow the on-screen prompts to purchase Genie+.
